Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. All shipments are tracked except for samples (free shipping via standard airmail service). 

Please note that any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only, and are not guaranteeing delivery dates as lead times on production can vary seasonally. If you require an item urgently for a specific date, please contact us, as more often than not we can change the postal arrangement at a further cost.

Changes to services due to COVID-19

During this unprecedented time we wanted to reassure our customers that their wellbeing is a top priority and all necessary precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of both customers and couriers during this time. Some delivery times may take a little longer than usual, and we are unable to ship to some countries with import restrictions at present. In the meantime, for these cases, we will prepare the parcel and ship as soon as restrictions are lifted.


New Zealand

Shipments within New Zealand are tracked and may require signature upon arrival. Fabrics and wallpapers delivery is 3 - 4 weeksArt prints orders will generally arrive within 7 - 10 working days. A1, A0, and custom-sized unframed prints could take 9 - 14 working days to arrive. Face masks delivery takes between 2 - 3 weeks. Certain destinations may take longer.

All shipping is via NZ POST/Post Haste/NZ Couriers. 



International orders are shipped by international courier service and are tracked and may require signature upon arrival. Tracking numbers/courier information will be provided via email once the order is dispatched. Please make sure that all details are entered correctly, as they can not be changed once the order has been shipped.

Fabrics, wallpapers, and art prints will generally arrive within 4 - 6 weeks.

Face masks delivery takes within 1 - 4 weeks, depending on the destination.

Certain taxes or duty charges may be charged to the customer upon arrival into the country. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any customs charges incurred in the country of arrival. Please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase. We are unable to advise how much any charges incurred will be, but your customs office should be able to advise you.

PATRICIA NURCHANDRA DESIGNS takes no responsibility for any orders that are lost in the process of shipping, therefore customers must liaise with the shipping company given to them and tracking number if provided. However, we are always happy to assist.
